1st offense,Extended prison time with , castration , a micro chip for tracking, lifelong supervison. 2nd offense life in prison.

I am assuming an admission or forensic evidence.

i dunno i think whatever god you believe ins judgement and punishment would be far worse than what man could do.an eternity of suffering i think is much more fitting.

very sensible approach

As a victim of child molestation myself, surprisingly, I do not agree with any of these horrid punishments suggested. My only concern is that no other child suffers what I did. I would not want him killed or maimed in my name.

So jail time and definitely as much monitoring as can be done if let out on the streets. I would even think that they may need to have a permanent ankle monitor or something like that so we would know if they were in the vacinity of a school or anything.

Child Abuse Prevention details the methods used by molesters and those methods take such a long time that there is never a doubt. Some of their methods involves prolong previous association with children in a certain manner which then leads to molestation so once caught whether the act committed or not shows intention and premeditation.

the whole god thing is for another topic.. i think it is a waste of time money and man hours to try and rehabilitate those people there is something wrong with their head wich cant be fixed and they need to be put down and forgotten about. take all the money that is spent on them in the prison system and use for victem services of those who were offended.

Mmmmmmmm both are quite appealing-----if line in jail, we have to support them, so I'd say let them be in general population so they can be treated like the animals they are for awhile, then give them the chair-----because giving them the chair immediately just ends their "suffering" immediately, and when it comes to a child molester, he/she has fully earned the right to slow, sadistic torture for the heinous crimes he/she have committed.
