I'm wanting to argue?

Nah, you called my boyfriend a liar and I most assuredly will stick around and defend his good name, especially while he is not online to do so himself.

This won't be the first time I disagreed with Quiet, and he with me, he seems to be perfectly capable of handling his own affairs. And by the way I use full of **** as an expression all the time when I am in doubt about something. I never called him a LIAR, I just thought he was full of it, not such a huge deal that he needs a body guard for pete sakes.

I am quite sure that Quiet doesn't need a 'bodyguard' either haha.

However, it doesn't mean that I won't take up for him anyway. That's what you do for people you love.

Ugh. You know I don't really want to go out in public....all these men, I mean I don't know them, but I know they'll fondle me, and the women....and forget about school, those teachers...I know when they smile they're having perverted thoughts. And like when I go to Mcdonalds and they ask "cash or credit?" I know it means they want to rape me. Just ew, what is wrong with the world?

You guys are so messed up. It doesen't work like that

I am beginning to think you have missed what I have said altogether.

.... so of course I am going to say something if the information is bogus or misrepresented.

Oh, I misunderstood.

I didn't realize that you served with Quiet_2008 and are able to de-validate what he said. whoa

I do not believe that 'every' gay that Quiet-2008 knew in the service was discharged. I doubt it, yes, which is my right as it is his to believe it.

The Navy and Air Force are all Gay!!laugh laugh laugh

I've passed this topic up because I've had a change of heart.

At the moment I don't think anyone should 'enlist', however, it might be a good idea to forbid homosexuals from enlisting.

Maybe, at some point, when all the able-bodied heterosexuals are away or dead, at least there will still be sperm and egg donors.

We can do that know you know, it doesn't have to the old fashioned way - and who would be left to argue if two men or two women are raising the 'next' generation - finally, we just might find a totally non-homophobic society.

My new slogan - no military for homosexuals, keep them safe and at home, raising the babies, where they belong.

well to the last comment. First I am a veteran of Desert Storm and am
here to say democracy doesn't play in the military. The military is (by
definition) a dictatorship. It has to be to work.
Second in a platoon the men have to function like parts of a machine;
all working perfectly together. If one part doesn't mesh with the rest
the machine breaks down and lives are lost. This will happen if a
platioon has a known gay in it. Remember all it has to take is one
soldier feeling uncomfortable for the machine to break down. Wether that
is fair or not to the Gays is irrelivant. Because that is reality and we
can't risk a soldiers life because someone wants to be openley Gay in
the military.
And by the way "don't ask don't tell" doesn't work gays are found out
eventually.
On a civilian note I don't have ANYTHING against gays except in the
military

this is just ridiculous. lol. u think that gay is the only thing that has been overcome? like when blacks were first admitted to the army, what about if people are uncomfortable about that? or women?

"Because that is reality and we
can't risk a soldiers life because someone wants to be openley Gay in
the military."

That is why it must change, so it is no longer a reality.

how can you be so dense? I have many of people in the military who agree that gays should openly serve.

The Infantry will take Volunteers if you have the balls to fight.
23 yrs old?
Good age to make a real sacrifice for your country.
Join the real Army, the Infantry, you can preach your BS to them in Afghanistan within 6 months.
Who knows, maybe you will make them see your point of view!drinker

the only thing wrong with that choice of life style in the military is engaging in it breaks certain rules of the UCMJ

The rules that apply to male female relationship in the military? Because if they are not the same for each type of couple it is discrimination.

I agree that relationships in the military could cause problems in performance of duties. If they have set rules for the male female relationships, they should also apply to the same sex relationships.

We have a lot of Yankees who move down here. If you ask them why they moved here. They will say, "because the place I came from is the rat race. You have to worry about crime, high cost of living, and no peace and quiet."

Then before you know it. They are trying to change their surroundings, change the laws, and change the people who live here into exactly what they left.
Make here, exactly what they claimed, made them come here in the first place.

Moral, if there is one, (nahhh!!)
You cant force every-thing, on every-where, and every-whom, and expect everyone to be happy. Soon every-thing, every-where, and every-whom, will be exactly the same. Then there will never be variety, and you will never be happy.

Polka Dots might be alright, but is that all you wish to see?
