I'm wondering this same thing. The person would have to know you, your name, where you are, etc. to be able to give physical gifts. If you mean gifts like emailed cards and poems through this site, I still don't know how someone would do it without some sort of way to at least know the email addy. However, how nice of that person!! Any elaboration on as to what you mean or how it's being done would be appreciated.
