Not HIS brother or sister, but I dated identical twins once -- at
separate times. I started dating Ronnie, broke up with him, and ended up dating Donnie instead. They had mannerisms that were EERILY the same, that neither one of them was aware of, but their personalities in many respects were like night and day.
