Melatonin is a natural product that we already have in our body. Sometimes people don't have enough and taking a little extra makes them sleep.
Have you tried relaxation tapes? Biofeedback? Cut out caffeine (obvious, I know). Try a warm bath before bed. Chamomile tea helps some. Good luck, I hope you get some sleep. |

Is something bothering you, even a little? Try to get rid of anything that might cause you to keep thinking rather than sleeping...

it helps me sleep like a baby |

I have had some things on my mind, but not bothersome...I would not think anything that would keep me from sleeping...who knows...you would think after so long without a decent nites sleep your body would just shut down....I am like the energizer bunny....keep on going... |

Soak in a hot bath with Epsom Salt. It will relax every muscle in your body. Then go lay down and be very still. Concentrate on your breathing until you fall asleep.
