Good advice. I use that tea also, very good!
Melatonin is a natural product that we already have in our body. Sometimes people don't have enough and taking a little extra makes them sleep. Have you tried relaxation tapes? Biofeedback? Cut out caffeine (obvious, I know). Try a warm bath before bed. Chamomile tea helps some. Good luck, I hope you get some sleep. |
