Yes I feel like that all the time.. and it has been long enough, so I have excepted that nothing is ever going to change.. so I just plain give up.. Not looking for anything anymore.. no more wishing, no more wanting, no more nothing..

Have you ever really.
Wanted something so bad?
But it was not within your reach.
And it left you feeling sad.

Not knowing what would happen.
But still you wished for it anyway.
Not knowing how it would work.
For it seemed to far away.

And that you might as well.
Make a wish upon a star.
Because in time.
It seemed it was that far.

It is someone you want.
Just to be in your arms so much.
Deep inside your heart you think.
You will never be allowed that touch.

For it was not meant to be.
At least it seems not for you.
And you’re not really sure.
What it is you need to do.

At times you think you should let it go.
For it may not be meant to be.
But then you think you could be wrong.
And you really want to see.

So then you’re stuck.
Right between a rock and a hard place.
Cause you really want to see.
What they are like face to face.

But you’re really not sure.
How long you can wait.
It seems life is not fair.
And it has all become a debate.
So for now you just sit and wait.
