I know that it is! And I saw you are widowed, me too. So I thought I would post it there too.

Just hang in. KNOW that wee one is RIGHT where he needs to be to be taken care of. But I do agree with someone who said just GO there if it makes you feel better, if he's sedated or not! Just to lay eyes on him, and talk to the vet more in person. This sitting at home and pacing will drive you nuts!

My Prayers and my go out to you. I went through the same thing. My baby is not at rest. I really do hope your little comes through this. God Bless You and the little one.

Wondering how the little guy is doing.

I'll just answer this way. I posted this - this morning in religion.

Please, please keep those prayers coming. I tried to talk to Chuys vet this morning but he was in a very difficult surgery and couldn't talk to me.
The woman told me Chuy was still on IV's and was alert (that's more than I could say yesterday) and he is still wobbly and unbalanced. But, she couldn't tell me anymore than that. It gave me hope.
Last thing last night I prayed and first thing this morning. I said prayers all day long yesterday for Chuy.
If anything is going to help him it is our continued prayers for Chuy and his Vet Dr Link.
Please keep them coming. I believe it gives me hope and Chuy the chance he needs.

I have been wondering about the little guy. Still praying for him. I'll check back later today. I have to go somewhere today, so have to get off of here and get ready, but I just wanted to find out how he was. I had just asked Mikey if he had heard anything. Didn't know if I had missed you posting or not. I was fixing to get off of here when I seen where you posted.

Prayers day and night coming for the both of ya!!!!

I have to be carefully optimistic. But, as I said...I really won't know anything until I hear from Dr Link. I want to go and see him. I will wait til I hear from him. It may cause him more harm than good, you know? If I come to see him and he goes into mourning when I leave. He does that if I spend the night out of town. We will see.
He is the best little doggie...he is so protective of all his family and other pets. He never gets into anything or does anything he shouldn't. Such a love.

Most of us know the love U feel for him as we have felt the same for our pets and we are pulling for him with all of our hearts!!!

For sure it takes those that know the love of a pet that is more than just a pet.
It pleases me to know you guys are wondering and want to have updates on Chuy.

I have'nt been well since all this happened. I am shakey and nausious. Not having answers and worry have got the best of me. It is when I pray and read the prayers in here that I feel a tiny bit of ease. But the inevitable hits home. By that I mean the worry and unknown.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and chuy

I know how you feel. My dog of 8 years got stolen. I was very upset for a long time. But I came to realize that this isn't the end. I will see him again some day when it's my time. Remember, all dogs go to heaven.

I'm sure he will be fine. The vet is monitoring him closely and we are all praying for a fast recovery. Keep as positive as you can while also preparing for the worst. You do not need anymore negativity around you right now. May God be with you both! I will pray for you as well.
