i also put he has race on his side... and as i stated later he has pulled the black card he is actually mixed but he chooses to say black to try to pull the black vote. Now i am a moderately liberal person, i was a firm supporter of hillary, and i call myself a democrat however when comparing the two obama .. can i just say is a first year senator, hes done nothing to prove himself to america, he has never been in the military , and he is half black, obama has the ability to speak, and he has his race on his side; I was just wondering how many of you if you are a clinton supporter will be switching your vote to mccain or if you will go with obama. In addition, i believe he plays his race card to his advantage by trying to outsource to african americans and claiming his ethnicity to be black when it best suits him. Did you just say Obama's skin color will keep you from voting for him? Obama is a slick speaker, McCain is a lousy speaqker. Obama sounds a lot like a lawyer to me...will say whatever someone pays him to say, and tlaks all around a subject without ever addressing it. McCain will actually say yes or no occasionally, Obama takes a half hour to say neither, or maybe, or end up on a completely separate topic. He sucks up to every group he speaks with, Nothing more disgusting to me than a suck up. What is he going to do with foreign gov'ts? I'll tell you, he will sell our butts to themn because he only understands courtroom antics, no comprehension of the travesties known as "diplomacy" with foreign countries. JMAO

Supreme Court justices are not sheeple people either Lindy, and they must be approved by the Senate before they can sit the bench! Just look at Roberts and how many times he has went against Bush already! You give way to much credence to your neocon gods abilities! 
Why does it always have to be a conservative or liberal judge chosen? Why not a moderate like Sandra Day O'Connor?

lol was my post deleted because i said that was ignorant? that thet census does have a mixed option now, and that on applications they now include other. ??? obama is not black he is mixed the end he is half black and half white. If he says " i am black" he is lying because he is not black if he says " i am white" he is lying because he is not white he is mixed the purpose of this whole thing getting started is my disagreement with him using his race to draw in voters, which fox news has been talking about, but whatever I won't bother posting if my post are going to be deleted. Bush signed the bill! Given! He didnt write it however, and it took many legislators signing it before it even made it to his desk! Secondly, it is a procedure that is only done in 1% of all abortions, and then only in life saving prediciments for the mother, and in teens who often wait, hiding the pregnancy until then from their parents! The law has been challenged and should be coming before the Supreme Court before long where it is expected to be overturned. The US district courts have already blocked it in several states! The law allowing Abortions was a Supreme Court decision and as such can only be overturned by the Supreme Court so No the President does not have the power to overturn it! *************************************************************** One of President Bush's main agenda was to get Partial Birth abortion banned and he did! Who said the President has to power to overturn a law?????? Your comments about partial birth abortion - TOTAL BS FANTA, TOTAL ABSOLUTE BS!!!!! You know absolutely NOTHING about it. Do I have to go into the morbid details of how it is done, starting from when the baby killer doctor inserts rods into the woman's cervix to stretch it open, starting with 3 rods, next day more rods are inserted day by day until the cervix is fully dilated. THAT ALONE could case a woman's death. And, you think that would not be painful? Then when cervix is fully dialated, baby killer turns baby around and pulls it out by its feet until the neck appears. Then the baby killer inserts a sharp instrument into the baby's neck puncturing a hole in the baby's neck and then inserts a suction tube AND SUCKS OUT THE BABY'S BRAINS!!! ANIMALISTIC!!! BARBARIC!!! Save a woman's life - total BS! A c-section, IF there there is some obscure reason of the woman's life being at risk, is far more safe and saves the baby's life!! I'm pro-life, but do not judge anyone who's forced to have an abortion. I think those who are pro-life should be the ones who want to end this bloody war, if they really value the sanctity of life. If you really value life, then you value it in ALL of it's forms, not just the life in the womb! |

If you really value life, then you value it in ALL of it's forms, not just the life in the womb! I disagree...the Bible says that DEATH is REQUIRED for the shedding of innocent blood. I value life in the womb but not life for murderers & people who kill & rape. I think the death penalty would do more to people's SELF control than all the abortions in the world. That is of course, with a society that isn't wimpy about it. That's what criminal law is all about... that is before libs DE criminalized many criminal behaviors. One of them being abortion.... That is kinda pitiful considering that the Christian Right has thrown their votes behind Republicans for that reason alone for all these years!
Despite the fact that ever since it was legalized the majority of Americans have supported a woman's right to chose and the Republican Presidents have had Zero power to reverse the decision! |
