Now i am a moderately liberal person, i was a firm supporter of hillary, and i call myself a democrat however when comparing the two obama .. can i just say is a first year senator, hes done nothing to prove himself to america, he has never been in the military , and he is half black, obama has the ability to speak, and he has his race on his side; I was just wondering how many of you if you are a clinton supporter will be switching your vote to mccain or if you will go with obama. In addition, i believe he plays his race card to his advantage by trying to outsource to african americans and claiming his ethnicity to be black when it best suits him.

I know a die-hard democrat male attorney who is voting for McCain. Why? The following is his response to me on who he is voting for. My former boss, managing partner of the law firm he works for:

Hi Sharon,

I am supporting McCain due in part to his pro-life stance and his experience. Tough for a old democrat like myself to do, but I'm not enthralled with Hillary or Obama. Sorry.

Hope all is well."

Of course for privacy matters, I omitted his name, e-mail address, etc. and the last part of my home e-mail address.

I don't know if Clinton supporters will vote for McCain. I don't want to vote for "CHANGE". Change what? "HOPE" Hope for what? Vague promises of change and hope should not get you elected as president of the United States of America.

This guy has no history. The only change we've seen from him is his story. First he supports his paster then he doesn't. Even his wife has the change part down. First she's never been proud of America then she has.

well i'm a clinton supporter, and if she isn't chosen as a vp im trying to decide what to do. I think obama was the wrong choice and mccain has proved himself 24/25 years in the senate he was in the military 5 years he was a pow.... i think thats proving yourself esp when you're upagainst a first term senator. not only that but we need to start oil drilling, better health coverage, worrying about our own people before the others i dunno i think its gonna be a tough race.. im just really undecided

Most Hillary supporters are winx.
The largest group of voters Obama needs to worry about are the Independents. If he picks Hillary as VP most of us will leave him!

Lindy,
Dont you know that a President does not have the ability to reverse the Abortion laws? If thats why you are voting Republican, I hate to tell you, its a false hope! Its not going to happen!

Did you just say Obama's skin color will keep you from voting for him?

I sort of agree. I personally am not voting since Obama won. It's hard to believe that this guy beat out a woman with as much experience as Hillary and I point to the 9-1 black vote as the reason he won. I am not racist, but the reason he won is because blacks voted for him in droves because he is black and for no other reason. If Hillary is on the ticket? I'm one of those that would consider voting for Obama but no otherwise

well actually they do...

hello... bush put a stop against 3rd term abortions no one is allowed to have a 3rd trimester abortion in the united states since ... 2004... not even if it threatens the womans health... of course you have to have the majority of others in agreeance like going through the house and senate if you had a pro choice in office they could have vetoed it.

no, you're both merely another example of people jumping on the race wagon as soon as you see it without reading the whole thing, first of all may i say I am a feminist and believe in equality for all reguardless of gender or race, socio economical class, religion, etc. you skipped over everything except for the race, the words.. he is half black... Obama has pulled the race card by calling himself black to gain black supporters; however, his mother is half white so instead of calling himself mixed, he chooses to say " black" instead of mixed or white... hes using it to his advantage. My issue isn't someones color or gender my issue is where do they stand in relation to my opinions , to helping this country out, and more importantly if i believe they could handle the position. i believe he is naive and he has the power of speech but nothing else which is why i'm not sure which way my vote will be going.

not to mention may i add the non profit organization that i work for I am the only white worker, and the children and families we help are 90% black 8 % hispanic and maybe 2 % white... I choose to work here because i care about what this organization is doing and i believe it needs it not because of the money or the race or anything else its a half hour from my home the pay is decent not great not bad but decent and no health coverage.. so please don't imply that i just said a racist comment.
