These days depends how expensive the lawyer is and how many judges they know in the district laughable but true as it is day and night

I would wish so. I had to pay for most. I got my son she got my daughter and I still have to pay her child support. But can not put a price on my children

If the cheater is found guilty they should be responsible for both attornys fees and court costs.

Well that would be nice but back to reality. It all depends how bad you want out. I paid for my divorce on my own he would not even retain a lawyer. He made his choice I just made up his mind. Other wise after he made his choice of what he did I gave him the end results a divorce.
