Luke 16:14-15
The Pharisees, who loved money, heard al this and jeered at him. He said to them 'You are the very ones you pass yourselves off as upright in people's sight, but God knows you hearts. For what is highly esteemed in human eyes is loathsome in the sight of God.

He sat down opposite the treasury and watched the people putting money into the treasury, and many of the rich put in a great deal. A poor widow came and put in two small coins, the equivalent of a penny. Then he called his disciples and said to them, 'In truth I tell you this poor widow has put more in than all who have contributed to the treasury, for they have put in money they could spare, but she in her poverty has put in everything she possessed, and all she had to live on.




Jesus teaches social equality! Supports labour!

Now the kingdom of Heaven is like a landowner going out at daybreak to hire workers for his vineyard. He made an agreement with the workers for one denarius a day and sent them to his vineyard.... Then at about the eleventh hour he went out and found more men standing around, he said to them, "Why have you been standing here idle all day?" Because no one has hired us" they answered. He said to them You go to my vineyard too" In the evening the owner of the vineyard said to his bailiff, "Call the workers and pay them their wages, starting with the last arrivals and ending with the first." So those who were hired at about the eleventh hour came forward and received one denarius each. When the first came they expected to get more, but they too received one denarius each. They took it but grumble at the landowner saying "The men who came last have done only one hour, and you treat them the same as us, though we have have done a heavy day's work in all the heat. He answers one of them "My friend, I am not being unjust to you; did we not agree on one denarius? Take your earnings and go. I choose to pay the lastcomer as much as you. Have I no right to do what I like with my own? Why should you be envious because I I am generous?" Thus the last will be first and the first shall be last.'

If Christians would stop rooting around in the Old Testament looking for reasons to be judging others, and instead if they actually followed what Jesus taught, the world would be a wonderful place.

This is the problem with Christianity as a religion. For some really weird reason far too many Christians actually spit in Jesus face the whole time they are proselytizing Christianity.

It's pity really. They could have had a really wonderful religion had they simply followed what Jesus actually taught.

There is nothing hateful about warning people of danger. That is exactly what you object to & call hate. That's your man made version of God's love & provisions. You hate God all you want but you are missing out on wonderful blessing because of your small minded thinking. God did say His ways are not our ways. His are much HIGHER.

There is something to be said for the Garden of Eden being in lock down.

Approxiamately 2748 years ago, this description of God suggested what we could expect to come to pass.

Even the captains of industry and the academians are in His treasury of means to grace one and all with by means of provision and sustenance through proxy and delegated responsibility.

Isaiah 9:6-7.

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given :
and the government shall be upon his shoulder :
and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The everlasting father, The Prince of Peace.

Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom , to order it, and to establish it with judgement and with justice from henceforth even forever.
The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this

Christianity has God rejecting everyone who doesn't believe in the bible.

They try to turn that around and claim that everyone who doesns't believe in the bible is rejecting God.

But that can't be.

We can't have a supposely just God casting people into hell because they don't believe in a stupid book. And yes! It is a stupid book by it very own admission.

It states right in the book that non-believers will perceive the book to appear as nonsense (i.e. nonsense = stupid).

So it's basically claiming that God will reject everyone who doesn't accept nonsense to be his word.

That's nothing short of crazy. Such a God would be a lunatic and far from being just.

Disbelief in the Bible does not equate to rejecting God.

On the one hand the bible is claiming that God is so wise. But on the other hand the bible is claiming that God is so stupid that he can't even realize that nonbelievers would not be rejecting him.

It's utterly absurd to claim that people who disbelieve in the bible are rejecting God.

I think the bible is the most aburd book ever written by mankind. And I assure you that I am not rejecting God.

I simply don't believe that the creator of this universe could be as stupid as that book makes him out to be.

That's not the same as rejecting God.

We can't have a God rejecting people for not believing in a book, and then claiming that those people are rejecting him.

Claiming that Gods ways are HIGHER doesn't wash.

That doesn't justify a stupid God.

Any God who plays hide & seek and rejects people for not believing in a book that appears to be stupid to them cannot possibly be an intelligent God.

Jesus was a republican. He told his disciples to let down the net on the Right side of the boat.
