it depends, that stuff is okay i guess, as long as it doesnt go to an extreme , like dressing up like a star trek character....thats a little to geeky 
i went on a date with a guy who wanted to talk about star trek all the time... never saw him again.

Hey! I was wondering how many of you fellas liked geeky girls. Ya know, that girl who can list most of the characters in Star Wars or can tell the difference between the Hobbits in LOTR? Comic book reading, glasses wearing, can install hard/software into computers, sci-fi fan kinda girls. SO? 
As long as said "geekiness" wasn't present to SUCH an extreme to be incredibly annoying, I wouldn't see a problem with it. However, I've seen some REALLY geeky girls out there... especially those who are into that whole Harry Potter business. Now THOSE are some geeky geeks!

I actually knew someone like that as a kid. Today, I still know her, and most guys would rate her a ten... Funny things is, she used to have a huge crush on me, but I wasn't interested. Now she is married with kids, so I missed my shot! Oh well.
