You know, i haven't walked by i stream or through a meadow in i don't know how long i think it's high time i take a min. And just breath. Thanks for helping to remind me of the subtle things.

i feel milk and silk everywhere, nice write
I feel the breeze move through my hair.
All of nature bears signs of life. I
walk past rivers and places with shadow,
never quite knowing what I'll find.

My mind wanders in this wilderness;
there is no pretentiousness. All things
move and breathe and simply are; they
bear no burdens, or any scars.

They live in the moment, a gentle stream
of consciousness. They don't miss a beat,
or retreat from the simplicity of their
existence.

I breathe in the cool air, and know my
Soul fairs well inside this cocoon of
protective silk.

Like milk and honey I am fed.
