Hey all. I hope you all had a nice day. Me? Well, I got my plumbing fixed, worked, went to the chiropractor, ate, worked some more, hung out with friends. I'm feeling very human right now. Especially the huge pain in my neck/shoulder. It makes me realize how human I am.


Gotta say, I was looking forward to reading the banter back and forth when arriving home this evening, but I guess it must have gotten really nasty in that other room again seeing as it's gone. (not just a....A TELL).

Us Christians must have ruined it again.

Sorry, that's my sense of humor talking. I hope you all will take that lightly.

BTW - In response to a post from Red earlier this morning, Before I got on this forum, I was well aware of the name I carry. It does sadden me to see it dragged through the mud because of others that carry it. But I've made my mistakes as well, so, it is hard to cast stones or point the finger at any one of them. However, in seeing what goes on in these forums, I hope that I may take the important and positive issues and lessons to heart and learn from them and leave the negativity where it rests. I do believe that mosts people on these threads be it Christian, Atheist, Agnostic, Buddhist, Muslim, non-religious, Sesame Streetist, Grey's Anatomiest, etc, all really just want to love and be loved. I know what I believe and I am content in that.

Anyhow, peace, love, and hair grease. Oh yeah, and a flower from my rose bush.

That's the really strange thing. It didn't get nasty in there at all. No one was calling anyone names or anything like that. If anything I was taking the brunt of the personal accusations and I most certainly didn't complain about it at all.

I think the thread was deleted for reasons that were totally unwarranted and potentially topic-biased rather than based on the actual etiquette of any of the posters.

I didn't see even a single post worthy of deletion, much less a reason to delete the entire thread. I personally feel that I made some really good points in that thread. And I might add too that no one addressed the points I made. They were too busy proclaiming that I needed to be "saved". But that's hardly a reason to delete the thread.

They always side-step the points I make, accuse me of needing to be saved, and then find some way to get my posts erased. I think it speaks volumes concerning the fact that they seriously can't rebut the points I make.

I don't know why the threads that got deleted were deleted either. Three of them were mine. LOL. It could be that I refused to get mixed up in the Athiest thread so I pulled things OUT of that thread in the hopes of showing everyone the ILL of it. To get everyone to see what a religious war zone looks like to the ears, if not to the eyes.

I was doing some research (for myself) and it was amazing how much of the "OLD" pre 1960, newspapers and magazines were filled with war colums, pictures and interviews and just news from the front. These were not limited only to conflicts we were involved in. Poeple knew what was happening in the world.

But that began to change with the Korean and Viet Nam conflicts and today, we get almost nothing, not even from our own FRONTS.

So there we were viewing a war through the words of a thread and with a mighty anticeptic wipe all was made clean again.

And war continues to rage, in the minds of those who feel denied the right to obliterate their much hated opponent. It festers there, a sickness and it will rise again because an anticeptic wipe can not make clean the minds of men.

Not just the people here Amber, I think that's what all people everywhere want.... some just have no clue that's what they want or the first idea of how to go about getting love...

For anyone who's having that problem, here's a hint: try loving others, it's the only way to really be loved.

And I think every day is too much... but waiting a year would be too long to wait (not because bl8ant doesn't deserve it) so I think Alex can be human of the week. We can find another human on Monday.... and I think that the previous week's human should nominate the next weeks honoree.

Hello fellow humans, hope everyone is having a good day. I am still preparing this house to move but I am on the end of it now so tomorrow I start moving my stuff out, yay. Then the carpet cleaning begins, not yay but it is the last step so that is the light at the end of the tunnel.
