calling people darlin', doll, hun, babe, baby, etc in real life. I have been using those words so much on here, that I caught myself today trying to call someone that.

OMG! I try not too, cause I know some don't like it, but it just flows right out my fingertips and I don't even think about it.

i use to do it all the time at work.......when you are cooking and doing a million things at once it is hard to remember all the waitress names.......

I do it a lot on here but have always with friends, loved ones.. It's when I almost slip at work and call my boss hun that worries me

I've heard from most women that especially if you're not in a relationship, the use of those kinds of pet names is really irritating. SO I try not to use them. =)
