I am absolutely up as soon as the alarm goes off. That does not at all mean that I am awake or ready to engage in meaningful exchange with another human being. I'm *****y at night when I'm tired and should be in bed and I'm *****y first thing in the morning. Give me an hour or so of silent solitude and then I'm good to go.

Depends on how much sleep I got that night.
If I got plenty of sleep I wake up cheery. If not, I wake up miserable and crabby. |

at least twice every week i tend to roll out of bed and hit my heado n my night stand.... i shud prolly move it, but i never know best

Weekdays I can sleep 8 hours and still not want to get up.
Weekends I'll sleep 5 hours and be wide awake, not even understanding how or why my body needed so little sleep. I usually wake up tired, but not grumpy. |
