I hear you.

hmmm.
if anyone is interested... It is July 31-Aug.2 in Monterey this year. there is a second event in Del Mar, near San Diego, too. Here is a little bit about Spirit West Coast. Oh, yeah! and the Lord shows up too What is Spirit West Coast? The Spirit West Coast festivals are the two largest and only multiple-day Christian music festivals in the southwestern United States. The festivals rank as two of the premier Christian music festivals in the country, drawing fans from many states, especially from the Western region including California, Arizona, and Nevada. The event's combined "unique visitor" attendance is typically about 40,000 and the combined 6-day cumulative attendances are 100,000. Spirit West Coast - Monterey debuted in 1997 at the Laguna Seca Recreation Area, located in the Central Coast region of California. 2008 will mark year number twelve in Monterey, and many Christian music insiders claim the Monterey festival is the highest-quality Christian festival in the country. The newer Southern California festival at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in San Diego County on Memorial Day weekend provides Christian music fans and event goers from Southern California and other Southwest U.S. areas (Arizona, Nevada) a closer opportunity to experience the same dynamic combination of music and ministry that is enjoyed by thousands in Monterey each year. Each festival has its own nuance and character, so it's not surprising that many people attend both events. Spirit West Coast features concerts by many of the top artists in the ever-growing genre of Christian music. Beyond the music, the events feature contemporary Bible and life application teaching by well-known and gifted speakers, action activities for all ages, camping, action sports and games, shopping and various activities, all in a county fair atmosphere. Well over 40 artists appear at each festival, presenting a wide variety of music styles on anywhere from 6-8 performance stages. The speakers and teachers provide ministry for all ages. While each event shares many common aspects, including world-class resort coastal locations, each event has certain unique distinctions. Spirit West Coast is presented by Christian Music Today! - a non-profit organization. The organization also publishes a quarterly, direct mail Christian music newspaper by the same name. The Spirit West Coast festival is produced by Celebration Concerts of San Jose, California. --- Spirit West Coast is two annual Christian music festivals. The purpose of the events is to worship and glorify Jesus Christ by: (1) Presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ through music and teaching. (2) Encouraging and providing opportunities for people of all ages to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. (3) Encouraging spiritual growth, maturity and the pursuit of a Christ-like life. (4) Encouraging unity and the fellowship of believers. Last updated 1-26-07 |

Just stopping by on that sofa that britty brought in. I like how this coffeehouse is 24 hours
wishing you all God's Blessings. Hoping your summer is doing better than mine. My family life is going great...my dad is getting healthier and healthier by the minute, a good thing since over a year ago he was diagnosed with cancer and it was a hard long battle with even a stay in the hospital during christmas. But he's doing very better and him and mom are officially adopting the little ones (my nephew and niece, well two of the 19 I have) on the 24th. But personal life is kind of down now. Work has its plus sides but I think I need to move on, however its a "seasonal" job so I must remain through my contract. Then I'll get a job away from it and start on my college work. Too much drama comes with a seasonal job that offers housing...you see co workers at work and away from work. and things just get a little crazy. So I'm praying that I'll find a decent job, or even a couple of jobs this winter and soon I'll start back at college. Probably in education...I keep being told I'd be a good teacher. Well just a ramble update bout myself. Hope y'all doing great. God's Blessings be upon you -Tiffany |

Thought I'd share a daily bible verse with y'all that I received...it helped me...hope it helps you.
My soul yearns for you in the night; in the morning my spirit longs for you. When your judgments come upon the earth, the people of the world learn righteousness. Isaiah 26:9 Tiffany |
