Yeah, also depends on what kind of drugs for correct punishment.

Well it is very sad when it comes to kids that are molested by others
and they end up with a slap on the hand. No child should ever have to go
through anything like that in there lifetime. I always said god forbid
anyone that ever tried to hurt one of mine I would have made sure he
never did it again. I was lucky never had to suffer those things and
neither did either of my kids. I just can't understand what is it that
appeals to them to do it to a child that is so sad. But... when they are
convicted it would be great if they let them out in the population with
the rest and let it be known what they did. But.. no instead they want
to proctect them afraid they will get done wrong yeah right like they
cared what they done was wrong. My thoughts give to a firing squad as
soon as they are convicted of molesting a child. Just might put the fear
of God into them before they think of ever harming a child.

Here in California they really frost the cake!

The guys that do their time & get out & need a lil help gettin on their
feet. CAN'T Get it!! the state lost those funds somewhere! the only
ones that can get help are the child molesters & sex offenders!!


Is it just part of the job security for all these state Employees??
are they affraid these convicts that have their head on straight now,
that would never hurt the kids in the neighborhood might make it in
society if the had a bed to sleep on until they got their 1st
check..Instead we have a group home of fckin perverts around the
corner from here, their lil street hits the grade school's play ground
fence.

figure! Why should it be any different in any other case? Guess the
*system* doesnt figure LIFE is worth much!Take and put some of these
judges,lawyers,etc.in prison and maybe things might change.Thats a BIG

I believe that everyone should get their just punishments, but as far as
spiritually, if someone can be saved and their sins corrected, the they
should be allowed to. Yes it is sad and does make me angery when ANY
abuses someone else. The scars are still scars no matter how old you
are. However, thanks be to God that if instead of focusing JUST on
punishment, we learn to embrace and reeducate a person, then maybe they
will get that humanity back in them or learn that they are more than
their debased instincts.

no offense to you,but you don't have kids do you?if you did i'm sure
your attitude would be different.i know it's better to forgive then
forget but you justcan't forgive some things.

I think rapest and child molesters should get the death sentince.Thay
have just destroied there victoms life never to live totaly happy
again.Plus if they knew they would die for there infraction thare would
be alot less of it.Now the drugs.Our laws jumbo them all into one big
catigory as if they are all the same.Legalise pot and there would be
less use of the stronger more dangerious drugs.Why should someone get 10
years for almost harmless pot and same punishment for deadly herion or
crack?

Look to the judges & attorneys. Most judges are elected or appointed by
the officials the people elect. Make the politicians live up to the
wants of the people. Get involved & make your voices heard, WHERE they
count. ALL judges start as ATTORNEYS.
