Wow, Glad you are ok! Hit a deer once. They can really mess up a car. yea, i would have been fine if that alone was the damage, but the whole having a tree cut your car in half ruins your day too, can you post pictures in this forum? i have a few!

Sorry to hear this happened to you. Thank goodness you are alright depsite the broken bones. The car can be replaced. As for the deer...uummm.....*&%$@#$ critter!!!! I know I've hit em twice.

last night i was driving home from work and it was still raining out. A deer ran into the side of my car and caused me to spin and broadside a tree at close to 50MPH, i have a broken foot, bruised head and a few broken ribs. My car is totalled (to the point the hood and door fell of as the tow truck pulled it out of the woods) but the good part of this? my final resting spot was between two huge trees, the cop said if i had hit 6 inches to either side i would be dead right now....go figure! have a great day everyone and SUPPORT THE DEER HUNT! LOL so glad you are okay hon ... sounds like a little angelic protection goin on to me poor little deer - did it fare as well for him?

Looked at your pictures, and WOW you were lucky! I live out in the country (BFE)and we have deer around here constantly. And driving around here at night is the worst!! They are out in full force then. It's a conspiracy, lol.

I was working at a post office right outside a state forest. They would run across the street to go to a pond to drink. Hertz didn't like me very much.

LOL glad u are here to tell this.... a lot of people dont realize the dangers of deer jumping out in front of them..... for my uncle wasnt as lucky as you didnt hit a tree but the deer went crashing through the windsheild and he is no longer here to tell the story heres to your safety!
