But you don't know that. It's like the old saying goes, "If you go looking for something, you'll never find it." That's especially true for dating and stuff like that. Im not even looking. Trying to let it find me for a change

Liz, I agree! You are a great person, a very lovely woman. But maybe, just maybe the age range you have in your profile scares some away. There could be someone who would be perfect for you but because of that age range, they will not pursue it. Just a thought!

distance kills everything...great people on here though it shouldn't I've dated a number of guys who lived as far away as NYC, Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas ... what's the big deal? Gives me the space I need when I want it I'm cool with it too. Unfortunately, most guys I've talked to.....aren't. ya I've run into that too and I think it's weird. Maybe they are more needy for a woman to be right there. Yanno?

I have been here over a year and although I have made many friends, I can't seem to get a date. Am I not attractive, bad personality or a distance issue? Anyone have any helpful advice?
