Ok..so I need to vent..again..I was talkin to my best friend and found out that her 12yr old daughter just had her first date with her boyfriend tonight..Now the thing is..I'm 29..haven't been out on a date since I was 23..and I'm not sure I can even count that as a real date..There is something WRONG when a 12yr old can get a guy and a 29yr old can't!..I mean..don't get me wrong..I'm glad she's happy and had a good time..but damn she's 12!..Ok..I'm done now..just had to get that out.

lol. Yea, my 13 yr old has a new "girlfriend" every week. The problem with us old people, is we know too much. When youre 12 it only matters that hes cute and hes in your 5th period class. As an adult, he has to have a job, be responsible, sensitive but not a wuss, have his own place, car, like kids, be kind to animals, recycle, drink occasionally but not too much, brush his teeth at least 3 times a day.....

You did say 12 right????? OMG!!!! to me that is way to young for dating, but that's JMO. I hear ya on that LOM as far as she being so young and not having a date in forever

Lord, I'm a strange mix of liberal and conservative. I just can't imaging letting a 12 yr old go out on a date or have a boyfriend. That is just way too young.

Have you not seen the new study? You have to be real careful about brushing your teeth to much. They say it takes all the natural decay fighting goodness from your saliva away.... Just thought I would let you know....lol
