I love love love da UP!!! I love the 200+ inches of snow... I love the less than 300,000 total people in the entire UP... I love the 10% of all the fresh water in the world about 150 feet from my door... I love the spring time when every possible color of green is present... I love the fall when the leaves are so incredible they look like they "glow in the dark"... I love the waterfalls, the streams, the trees... I love the summer that stays a bit cooler when other places are HOT HOT HOT... I really love the UP!!! (and yes, it is part of MI...) |

There's hardly any other place in this country that I'd want to live in than here in this State, but I have to admit that when I have traveled to other parts of the country over the years the women seem more friendly than they do in Michigan, in general. That's just the way I see it.

The nicest womean are down south lol..I just moved back from Louisiana,,and let me tell ya those southern states have the best women in em..not that all of us Mich. girls are all that bad..lol.. |
