I'd love to live alone, because my current roomate doesn't clean up after herself, she goes to bed early and I have to be quiet when she does, I cook all her meals for her, and do her laundry, I even wash her hair for her in the bathtub, she pays no rent, and contributes nothing to the bills.

but she did make up a song for me the other day.

"I just love my mommy,

I just love my mommy

in the world"

So I guess that's something huh?

thats really cute actually!

Having kids doesn,t necessarily mean you won,t be lonely. The older they get the more they are on there own or up in their bedroom . Teenagers aren,t excactly sociable laugh blushing

I am used to being alone but thinking of getting a roommate. It's going to be hard finding someone who will accept the fact that the house belongs the dog & the cats & we can only stay if we open doors, fill bowls & rub bellies.

I found a goat in my dining room last week.

laugh Hiker how'd it get in?

apparently the door wasn't latched properly and he pushed it open. He was standing in my dining room - the dogs were just standing there staring at him. They were too shocked to bark. Luckily I was upstairs but heard something - I am not used to the sound of hooves on the linoleum..so I came down and shooed him out.

It was too funny.

Goats are sweet. Several of my friends kept them with thier horses. I was so suprised at how affectionate they are.

Would living alone be something you would or would not like and why?
I would love to live alone again. There is a peace about it. Plus, you can do what you want, when you want, and how you want!

So is it fair to say that the best thing about living alone is having the whole place to yourself , and the worst thing about living alone is having the whole place to yourself?

I love having my own schedule, coming home & finding everything just as a left it (except when the cats have been naughty). I miss having someone to greet me with a real hug & a chat about the days events. I miss sharing meals. I do not eat healthy when I am alone. Working 2nd shift helps.

This is the first time I've ever lived alone and I love it. I can eat artichokes for supper, watch anime all afternoon and hang wind chimes on my deck and no one can complain. If I get lonely I call a friend and we go do something. But at the end of a tough day at work I can come home to my apartment and relax & eat a nice meal or just go to bed. It's great!

Living alone with my two cats and loving it! I can come and go as I please, do not have to clean up after anyone, cook for anyone, and do not have to fight over the remote laugh

I can not dscuss curent events ,religions ,what I feel, and politics with a cat ; the TV is most of the time boring and useless , I can not chat with my computer screen ,so I am stuck in no win situation .laugh laugh .

Speaking of food .. I wonder how many people who live alone cook proper meals for themselves.
