Most of you make it sound really nice ...but I still don,t thinkI will like it. In the end its about what you like and want in your life. Tankk, I want your cat. me too All right, you take the cat, I will take Tankk.

i have been living alone for 3 years now. at first it was hard, but now i love to have my own place, and i can't imagine sharing the house with another person.

I live alone and I hate it. I want someone to cuddle up to. I want someone who will be here when I am driving home I will think of them. I want someone who will come through the door and will be glad I am here. Living alone sucks.

I do and I HATE it. Miss having someone to cook dinner for. It sucks trying to cook for one. It's boring and lonely.

I'm wasting away here cause I never cook anymore. I live on salads and granola bars...but at least I'm regular.

I hate to live alone because I am a social animal who likes to be around people . Also ,loneliness is a terrible thing to go through . Living alone makes me feel miserable as I want to do things with others and share life . Living alone is a terrible mess for me .

I hate to live alone because I am a social animal who likes to be around people . Also ,loneliness is a terrible thing to go through . Living alone makes me feel miserable as I want to do things with others and share life . Living alone is a terrible mess for me . Living alone doesn't mean you can't do things with others. I can go out with my friends, have people over, visit a neighbor, go to a community event ..alone does not mean lonely.

Would like to live alone. Haven't lived with a man in 5 yrs but still have my daughter with me. Not so bad now because she is older. I like my space and alone time.

Living alone with my two cats and loving it! I can come and go as I please, do not have to clean up after anyone, cook for anyone, and do not have to fight over the remote

I've lived alone for several years and there are some definite positives -- no one to answer to, no one to ask where I'm going and when will I be back, I can watch whatever I want on TV or write until 4:00 in the morning, no one is hogging the bathroom when I need to get in there..... It can get lonely at times, though. I almost always had someone living with me from the time I was 19 until my divorce, so this has necessitated some big adjustments.

I understand what you are saying but it lacks intimacy and that is what I associate with my being alone. If I had any children I wouldn't feel lonely.
