I stay up really late so Jon and I can talk awhile after he gets home from work. I usually go to sleep sometime after 2am......(he is two hours behind in Idaho) and my alarm goes off at 4:45 am on my work days, and 6 am on my weekends (Wed./ Thurs.) to wake my daughter up for school. But after that, I fall jump back in bed and make up for the missing sleep........that is unless I have a lunch date!

if i slept til 11 the coroner is here knocking on the door. Yep...that about sums it up. I am an early riser. I too, would feel like I not only wasted the day, but the best part of the day........unless I'm not alone, then I can't think of a better way to spend the best part of the day.

If I sleep till 8AM -- that's really sleeping in for me. I'm usually up at 6:30.

she slept in today by herself until 11:00 AM. I could never do that. I'd feel like I wasted half the day. Besides I'm up at 6AM alarm clock or not  Who else is capable of sleeping in half the day ALONE? Being with someone doesn't count since there will be little sleeping involved... I can. But I'm a night owl. And the longer and later I sleep in, the crazier and more interesting my dreams. |

I used to be able to do that when I was young but now I think 9:30 is the latest I can sleep now and I have had to have stayed up real late the night before for that to happen.

Depends on what shift I'm working. If I don't get home until midnight and have to cook and eat before bed, I could easily sleep until 11--any time I'm on that cycle.
You can be assured that if I'm sleeping that late, it's either sleep cycle disturbance or work. |

I can only sleep that late if I have stayed up insanely late into the night.
