many meals a day do you all eat me lke 7-8 also what did you guys eat for breakfast?

Lunch , dinner , and then a snack sometime before bed . I occasionally eat breakfast .

3-4 meals a day usually.

1 sometimes I will have the odd snack, but not very often.

Breakfast is a must!! During the week cereal & coffee. Weekends are either eggs of waffels or toaster scrambles and flavored coffee. 3 meals and snack
