lol ok ok ok ...prncs already smacked me around about it. i swear it wasn't my fault...couldn't get online. the hard drive crashed, 3 days later...i figured out what happened then spent the rest of the time downloading programs and now need to strip it again and redownload.
I have been instructed to call prncs next time so no one will worry...i sowwy

fak....but how do I take XP off??? I'm looking for 2000 right now.
I lost EVERYTHING when my hard drive crashed...summa biotch. good thing I have them saved on email for later use. I don't do much on the puter but internet anyway so I don't need the music and the fancified stuff lol nothing is infected because I just put a new hard drive and more memory on there 2 days ago. I only loaded VERY little so far to get the puter up on running |

The best way to completely delete XP is to format your hardrive and do a clean install of 2000.

But before you do that...did you reload all of your drivers? Sounds like you are running the basic windows graphic driver instead of one for your video card.

Once you get a Windows 2000 CD, put that bad boy in the cd drive, let it auto run and begin the installation of Windows 2000. One of the first options is new installation, choose that and choose to delete the primary partition, then you create a new partition and do a full format using the NTFS file system...
