My eyes hurt. Tired of crying. Everytime I try to go to sleep. It starts all over again. Need to know how people manage it.

Moon, maybe a glass of wine will relax you... If you're thinking about someone and hurting it's hard but I'm sure you have ways of relaxing yourself.. Try one of those and get some rest...

Take a deep breathe in and out a few times and if anything else try watch a little tv or do something to take your mind off of it, then go back to bed.

Talk on the phone to someone.
