When every time you close your eyes you see his face?

Sorry about your hurt, broken love is hard....

When I'm sad I like to listen to music, even sad music comforts me....but my favorites when I'm sad is Joni Mitchell 'River'
and Phil Collins 'Groovy Kind of Love'

also Time Heals Wounds....this is so true...after my breakup & divorce I often felt as you do....in time things improved....you might also want to read some self help books...especially the ones that stress positive thinking.....

My eyes hurt. Tired of crying. Everytime I try to go to sleep. It starts all over again. Need to know how people manage it.

I wish I had an answer for you. I remember what it's like & it just takes time. *hug*

if a mind sees facts or feelings as "bad" than all the truth is NOT KNOWN.......

if the mind will not let go of an image or thought, than it is ones OWN perfect self, trying to say ASK YOURSELF "ME" QUESTIONS, AND KEEP ASKING THEM WITHOUT FEAR TO FIND THE ANSWER......

THE WHOLE TRUTH OF ANY SITUATION WILL BRING A SMILE TO ANY FACE

frown.......I'm sorry for your pain...I feel the lack of pace in your words...I worked at seminars about spiritual growth so as to afford my seat in the crowd...I wont speak to you of joy and such and how it will return...because I know where you are I've been there too, it's a place I'd like to forget my heart know the address to...when last I was there it seemed like the only thing that helped was to journal....page after page I wrote everything I did not get to say...or was too afraid to, it didn't happen over night, I had to wears myself out...I took a yoga class and cried to and from it...but the peace I found there was nurturing I read everything I could get my greedy little hands on about being stuck.....and forgiveness (cause it feeds our heart not because it benefits the other) and honoring pain and moving on...I avoided places people and things that were deeply connecting to that past relationship...I walked on the beach till I could walk no more, with a head set on listening only to music from my teenage years and good periods of my life...if "we" listened to country then "I" listened to rock....you must reteach your mind, body and heart & soul to live , listen and learn about you...as a individual again... moving on is easily as much work as moving into a relationship...best wishes dear oneflowerforyou

sage advice - especially the segment on forgiveness

This is like 12-step recovery for the broken-hearted. I call it "emotional recovery" and it is every bit as hard as those who need to quit drugs, alcohol, gambling, sex, et al.

I enjoyed that last post though...quality
