and if all else fails..use power tools heard they help with building up of smaller decks to larger decks  yeah well I heard of this before. One woman was sitting on my deck and she asked me if I had a power tool because my small deck just wasn't cuttin it.

god my secretaries must think Ive gone crazy in my office. I am laughing my ass off at you people. I love ya all! Do you want me to come over and look at your deck and let you know what might improve it's quality? I mean it may sound harsh, but it would be for your benefit in the end. hahahahaha thanks Lily I do appreciate that but I'm afaid you'll be polite when you look at my little deck and end up on my neighbors deck. Hell I would have to go sit on my neighbors deck just to visit with you. well, that's what the walk way is for, maybe your neighbor might even come over to your deck, just so that he gets a better view of his deck. When you are looking at decks, the angle is VERY important. and as lilred says serve lots of alcohol on your deck, be a gratious host, and she'll stay on your deck, even if she is looking at his deck. |

Trust me I have seen some decks in my time, good ones, bad ones, and ones that could have alot of potential for hours of fun and enjoyment.
I have credentials, but I certainly invite you to get more than one opinion about your deck, after all, everyone likes different kinds of decks. But think seriously about sharing deck space with your neighbor, I am sure your lady friends will return when they know they have the choice of 2 decks...after all life is about choices. |

If you pull on it and put a little elbow grease into it I think you could stretch out your deck to a pretty good length. Just give a few good tugs.
