the Bible says that GOD knows everything from beginning to end.
So when he created us he knew we were going to sin and that he was going to punish us. So why have created us in the first place??

the Bible says,...

There's your problem right there.

What makes you think the Bible has anything to do with God?

That's a story book about a creator whose greatest desire is to become the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Does that sound like something the creator of this universe would be interested in doing? ohwell

Oh, one more thought here too.... the Bible begins with "In the beginning... " right? Now show me at the end of Revelations where it says "THE END"!!?? It doesn't, because there is MORE!!! noway huh drinker bigsmile

I see people who use this same logic in the real world. They go out and do something they think is sinful so that they can go back and "tell the story" of how they were on the "wrong path" and now they are saved (what a miracle).

Just like their idea of God, they know they are going to do evil, they then go ahead and do it, then they save themselves from what they did to themselves.

They are truly good students.

He created us to be his companion if we so choose.

Our mission on Earth is to learn about God and to teach others, if we choose to follow.

Sorry, had to shorten your LONG string post there. flowerforyou

Me? I'll be spending mine away from all the IDIOTS I hope. If I get stuck with all these people, whom God gave a BRAIN, yet all they do is let it gather dust, then I will know I'm in hell! noway  laugh

It's amazing. God gave us ALL brains, yet so few will actually use them.

So I'll wave as I am riding my horse by your mansion on streets of gold, while I head out to my place in the country...ya know, that little cabin by the creek. flowerforyou

If God gets to have the vengence against these idiots, well, I figure He can have all the compassion for them as well. bigsmile flowerforyou

first of all, God does not punish. We punish ourselves through our actions. If we act good we get good back, If we act bad we get bad back. Very simple 2+2=4.
second of all, it's true that God knows everything for the single fact that in God our conception of time does not exist which means that what for us is 100 years ago for God is now, and what for us is 100 years in the future for God is still now.
In God every single rule of physics loses validity and application, so no matter how much Einstein killed himself developing mathematical formulas it's worthless in God's dimension. That is the only reason why God knows everything.
=============================================================================
I believe that God created human beings to fulfill a purpose, yet it's a very personal purpose. Each one of us has the duty to find such a purpose during his/her lifetime. Hopefully with God's grace we can end our lifes knowing that our purpose was fulfilled.

OK, wait a sec here. And I do NOT mean disrespect in your view. I simply see it as flawed. It's NOT as easy as 2+2=4.

First I state clearly I believe in God and Jesus and the Bible and more importantly what God has created. With that said, I have experienced enough in life to know that things like "you do good you get good" or if "you do bad you get bad" is NOT set in stone. I know the Bible says "you reap what you sow", but that is NOT in all cases.

I have seen enough in life, I have questions about what some people teach. I have seen innocent children die, they have done nothing bad, why should they suffer and die??? I have seen good people, one in particular comes to mind. I knew of no better Christian woman in my life, yet she battled cancer, believed in God the whole time, NEVER once losing faith, but she suffered a terrible death after many years of battling it. Andf there is case after case like this.

So just pointing out, to say something is so "simple", God didn;t make it that way. God is more complex then every human's mental capasity could ever even imagine combined.

And to clearfy even further. Even Einstein before he died stated he believed there was a "master creator". Although he did not refer to Him as "God", even Einstein knew all this was no accident. flowerforyou
