meh. I hate it. I love cooking for people.

I actually have so much food here that I have them in storage bins and am planning to donate them to a fire station so they can give it to families whose homes have burned down.

I'll go burn down a home and get you started....

Kidding of course. That's a very sweet thing to do. I generally only cook real meals for the kids. And when I say 'real' I mean hamburger helper and pasta dishes from a box. And green bean casserole of course. Don't know why, but I don't really cook for myself.

Hamburger Helper should be outlawed.

When I cook 'real' meals for Nicole, they are usually consisting of a few courses.

She gets a fresh salad first.

Then she gets her steak and potatoes (usually mashed)and green beans with a tall glass of milk.

Then she gets whatever dessert she desires.

The hell you say! Hamburger Helper is god's gift to the single man! Lol. Fortunately my kids love it. And desserts come out of a can or a wrapper! They think I'm a chef! Kids are easy to please.

At least I'm not the only one that uses Hamburger Helper.

I'm capable of more, I've done it before, but I still have about 4 boxes left before I get to start experimenting with actually making entire meals.

My Hamburger Helper is usually accompanied by baby carrots, green beans or mixed veggies of some type, and bread. With a glass of water.

Ew. You men are gross.

Dinner doesn't have to be a all-night cook-fest. Just something better than HH and canned veggies.

How about a cook-off with me, a woman whom adores Mr. Ramsey and has seen EVERY episode of Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, Iron Chef and Iron Chef America?
