we'll see. they are from the Czech Republic. I am more concerned at this point if leasing the kitchen at the club is going to be profitable to me. |

I had actually wondered about that, but wasn't sure what traffic it would generate. Even if it is a success, it would probably lose money the first couple of months, just because no one would know about it yet.
How much were you planning on paying the cook? How many nights would you need to be there to run it? |

my Dad would be the cook. I would split the proceeds 2/3 to me, 1/3 to him. After all, it is I paying the $200 lease on the damn place.
