I used to pay $2.09 for bread I prefer. The cheap stuff was $1.59. Now the cheap stuff has increased to $2.09, and the bread I prefer is $2.49 I think. Anybody else notice price increases at the supermarket?

I get it for 75 cents at a store its like really small and thats all they sell pretty cool huh

Yeah, like almost $4.00 for a gallon of milk and $2.50 for a carton of eggs. I didn't like what I spent in gasoline today!

Yup, I sure have. I bought a can of shortning just before Easter, and paid $2.99 for it.
 It's always been $1.79, what happened? I also went after bread. The one I normally buy is .69 a loaf. The cheapest I found was .99, and my old faithful was not even there anymore. Which is really odd, considering it was plain old white bread.

and the egss are $2.75 but I get them from the Amish no chems or other crap - worth it |

someone told me Wheat bread was going to be up to $9.00 because all the rain has ruined the wheat crops.not sure if it's true or not,just what i've heard
