someone told me Wheat bread was going to be up to $9.00 because all the rain has ruined the wheat crops.not sure if it's true or not,just what i've heard I hope that you heard wrong. I only eat wheat bread. Wheat is in so many products. |

pepsi raised their vending machine prices to 1.25 about 7 months ago. coke just recently raised theirs to 1.25 as well. Florida. the 6 packs are still the same... so its all for a cold drink.

My bread is $3.89 and the egss are $2.75 but I get them from the Amish no chems or other crap - worth it How do you get chemicals and other crap inside an egg?

I saw on the news a couple of weeks ago that the price of bread will be going up and breakfast cereal could go up to $8.00 a box. They said that the farmers are not planting as much wheat and are planting more corn to be processed for ethanol. Anything made from flour will go up, including delivered pizzas because of the increase in the cost of flour. One of the guys at work told me Friday, that his sister owns a pizza shop, and the 20 lbs bags of flour she bought has gone up 45 cents in the last week. It looks like this is just the start.

Yeah, like almost $4.00 for a gallon of milk and $2.50 for a carton of eggs. I didn't like what I spent in gasoline today! This is so true. Price of vegetables and fruit also on rise and its not even ripe but it will cost you an hrs wage as well. |

agree on the garden, it was close to $5.00 a lb for jerzee tomato last year. Thats nuts! Got to have mater and cheese sandwich

Milk is baaaaaaaaaaaad I think I'm gonna get a cow... and start bootleggin' the stuff.  For real! lol, Milk is higher than gas, good thing cars don't run on milk... The main thing is all is good in iraq....................

 Yea syrup like for Pancakes went from $7.50 a gallon to $$8.00

My girlfriend owns an Italian deli; she's had 3 bread increases since January; two just in March and April. She received a letter from the bakery's last Thursday saying another increase is coming. It's because of the increased price of flour. But the country says we're not in a recession. Soon gas will go up again.
