I don't think it is the labels people care about so much anymore... so sure most people say race doesn't matter. In end, people still have preferences and are attracted to certain type of people which makes me believe that people still do think about it...not in a bad person racist way...lol. Just like some prefer tall, short, large, tiny, etc. Very true! Although love takes us in all different directions. Love and mating is a complicated science that no one person or scientist has a good explaination too. Yes I agree with you that people in some instances are drawn to certian types of people/ races. But I have found a very nice lady of a different race and we have a great connection going; becoming very fond. When I talk to her its a non-issue as to the race of each other its the connection that we have and the depth of our conversations. Personally its never been an issue with myself or family. Roll with the punches and the curves that life puts in front of us and we can never go wrong. Also very true...love is not a perfect science, that's for sure! I think that what keeps people together are those connections that you are speaking of. |

I think it depends as others have pointed out what type of relationship you are trying to make work. A romantic relationship- I don't think so.

Hi people! Yay for my first post! Okay, I replied a couple of times to others but whatever. Anyway, what are your thoughts on interracial relationships? I know it isn't something to think about for some people. For us mutts (I'm half black and half white) pretty much anyone I date would have to be okay with someone different than themselves. Just curious if it is something you guys think about or not.

I HIGHLY agree with Zero on this one... Cruising is the best vacation ever. I've been on three in my 24 years of life and I have two more planned over the next two years. they are nice because mostly everything is included and you get to see a bunch of places without having to worry about how to get there, what to eat, renting a car, etc. All you think about is having as much fun as possible. I should probably work for a cruiseline in the sales department...lol

I am going on a cruise to the Bahamas in December. Way too far away from now but it is fun to have something to look forward too. Cruising is the best vacation ever to those of you who have never done it before!
