Isn't it funny how a person can be rendered unattractive, unlovable and
undesirable just because they're "older," but being a short, self-absorbed, brainless pipsqueak troll is supposed to be considered "attractive?" Funny how life is, isn't it? |

Oh, Aiden, I'm not so sure about that. LOL.

Oh, I'd say I was pretty "busted," all right!

Oh, come on, people. Is it evident? Ol' Alpo breath here is clearly
suffering from SMS, among other things. |

I'm fourth from the oldest, third from the youngest, in a family of six.
My brother used to tear the head and limbs off our Barbies and one time he threw my favorite stuffed tiger up into the avocado tree. My dad made him climb up and get it, but he was just never the same since. The tiger, not my brother. |

Has anyone ever heard the verse that begins..."Let he who is without
sin..."? I wonder, sometimes. |

Olive Branch
|
|
I have on various occasions not accepted "olive branches" extended to
me, because it was obvious they were not sincerely offered. Not to mention, I have a problem with people who would argue with others (on a regular basis, I mean) then turn around and expect all is going to be forgiven just because they said "I'm sorry." To me, it doesn't work that way. The way I see it is, I don't often say anything for which I feel I might have to apologize later on. If I say something "mean" or "impolite," to a person, there's a valid reason for it, and that is, that they've said something mean or impolite to me (or to someone else) to begin with. Only when a true misunderstanding on both parties has occurred will I extend an olive branch to someone, and expect to have it graciously extended back to me. But otherwise, doing it just to ..what? save face? is just not me. Just a note: I'm speaking about the subject of olive branch extending in general terms; I'm not making references to any specific individual. |

Well, we don't grow olive trees around here, so I tried holding out an
Acer Maple branch once. They just looked at me like I was crazy. |

When I was 42, dated a 28-year-old but he wanted a serious relationship,
and I didn't. He was very clingy. |

How much is your gas?

$2.95 yesterday in Nashville. Filled my tank about 3/4 full for $25.
It's a damn shame you can't even fill a gas tank for less than $30ish these days. |

bull****, abra...I don't know of any Christian who thinks that way. If
you don't want to be a Christian, FINE. But I'm tired of you putting down people (whether individual or as a group) who are. |
