I bought a house in Las Vegas, 5 years later when I tried to sell I found out when my loan went through the title was sent to mexico, to the former owner. I had to file suit to get it cleared up. The realitor, and the title company blamed each other. Those people shouldn't be allowed to handle anything involving other peoples property or money.
The people that ended up with bad mortgages because of crooked paperwork could have had some protection. Or do innocent people write bogus contracts. |

Race is only an issue if you let it be an issue. I prefer to focus on the policies, the platform and the voting record. If everyone did, we wouldn't be looking at a Obama/McCain, instead we'd be looking at Kucinich/Paul. Those were the only 2 guys I heard the entire primary season talking about following the Constitution. That's my take on it. |

Hmm Just found the story...says the grandmother is a magistrate judge. Wonder if she carries the gun for a reason....judges get targeted sometimes...just a thought. That does not give her the right to be irresponcable with a hand gun |

I used to live at a T intersection. My mailbox was killed 14 times in 6 years. My "01 Ranger was T-boned hit and run. MY house was driven through to the tune of $17,000.00 hit and run.
When I put 11 aprrox. 2500 lb. rocks across the front of my house the sheriff told me if somebody gets hurt I'll be responcable. |
