2- 64oz bush baked beans (original style
1 diced green pepper
1- diced onion
4-cans small, petite diced tomatoes (diff flavors available)
1-large tube Bob Evans hot sausage
1 Pound Ground chuck (lean)
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Dice green pepper and onion, simmer with vinegar and brown sugar.
(use pot that chili will be in)
Put beans and diced tomatoes in. (use all juices from cans)
Brown ground chuck and sausage and stir into pot. (drain if a lot of grease)
Salt and pepper to taste. (can add hot pepper flakes to taste too)

Simmer on low heat for a hour stirring often.:wink:

1 large green pepper- Diced
1 large onion - diced
1# 90 % ground beef- browned
1 tablespoon- sugar
pinch or more - hot pepper flakes- salt, and pepper to taste
1/4 cup vinegar
2 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup ketchup
1 can - 26oz. tomato soup
2 tablespoons - oil
2 strips beacon - cooked crisp and diced

combine onion,sugar,hot pepper flakes, salt and pepper, vinegar,diced beacon, 2 tablespoons of oil in large pot and simmer till onions are soft.

add tomato soup with 1/2 cup of water,green peppers, ketchup, simmer till green peppers are still a little crunchy.

Then add ground beef and rice, stir in and simmer 10 more minutes,mixing often.
