I was hoping someone could point me toward a tutorial/program that
doesn't rely on msn messenger to do remote assistance. Also, I'm looking
for a way to set up the remote support without worrying about NAT. I
have been trying to find an open source something or another for this
but haven't come up with anything just yet.

Without Fix.

I happened across a small clockwork toy
deep in a dusty drawer from long ago.
What is this jumble of gear and alloy?
Was it always there, or did I not know?

A relic from when I was small and young?
It comes back, something with an “L” I think
Its name I remember but keep unsung.
Broken though, perhaps some gears out of sync?

With care I fine tune the apparatus.
Too complex, all impossible to fix;
like fixing a shattered crystal lattice.
Love goes back to the drawer, gears in a mix.

Perhaps love will be worth another look?
Could love perhaps be worth the time it took?
