no im not stalking any one,its got to do with a scammer

I use a tracking software on my web servers and it will tell me what any
individual users IP address is as well as many other things about there
system then if you really want to know more you can always Google IP
address tracking and there are several tools available that can get you
all the way to a street address as well as registered telphone number of
a particular IP address. You can even get images of the building taken
from aircraft if you really want to get crazy with it.

I am sure however if you are trying to do it for any reason that would
be considered illeagal or imoral there would be federal regulations on
it. Basically I would highly reccomend you not use it for bad reasons
unless you have several years of free time on your hands and want to
spend with a bunch of sex starved, and violent people of the same sex as
you are.

Are you saying you already have their IP address, and want to determine
the location of the user? Or are you saying you want to determine
someones IP address?

If he has the ip address he can easily determine where it is located in
the world shoot I could even do that for him in most cases if he wanted
just a city and state or country.
