Personally, I wear make up depending on the situation.

Working day to day - a little eyeliner and mascara and I'm good to go... unless there's a zit! Then there's a little bit of creative cover up.

But if I'm going out (and depending on where) I'll step it up a little just for the evening. A gal want's to look good for her beau.

A lazy day like today and I've no make up on, let my hair dry curly and kicking back in a T and jeans. Gotta love weekends!

The true art to make up is to put just touches here and there to enhance what you have without going overboard.

Animals have an amazing sense of what is going on.

My dog, Katie, was super spastic most days... but in the days winding down to my Dad's death, she became those most amazing companion for Dad. She walked slowly, leaned next to his chair and followed him everywhere.

We could tell when he was hurting more than usual because she would stay by his side for only so long, then she would come and get me, go to where his meds were, grab the med bag and lead me to him.

When he left to go to the hospital for the last time, she knew. She tried to block him from the door... repeatedly. It nearly broke my heart because I, too, knew he wasn't coming home again. After he died, she refused to leave my side. I guess she felt how bad I was hurting and wouldn't leave me.

A few years later, she was trying to protect me from a rattlesnake in the yard. She got bitten trying to keep it away from me. Unfortunately, the rattlesnake won the battle. That evening that I had to have her put down... it nearly killed me.

So yeah, dogs are amazing creatures.

Both... very important for me and for anyone I'm around.

Nuh huh... my AC is on.

Staying at home.
A little yard work.
Hopefully finishing unpacking my craft crap room so I can get to work on my painted light bulbs.
Stay up late
Sleep in.

I'd just wish for everyone to be able to gain all the happiness they want, in whatever ever form they chose.

Yes there are places that might be nicer than here, there are most certainly places worse than here. You make of it what you will.

If you are content to be miserable, you will be miserable and hate every place you end up.

If you detest the place so much, why do you stay?

Such negativity... it's kind of sad.

1) Is your Momma still buying your clothes? If the answer is no... where what you want! If you like it, wear it. Just be man enough to accept being laughed at if you wear something stupid.
