Everybody has at least one they love. From a movie, a song, or even your own. Serious, funny, poetic...we all have at least one quote that sums it up, leaves an impression, or puts it like no other. Let me start ya out...

"To be wronged is nothing unless you continue to remember it"

-Confucius

"He that never changes his opinions, never corrects his mistakes, and will never be wiser on the morrow than he is today."

-Tryon Edwards

Very gratefully, no. It seems to happen to so many good people, I really count myself fortunate.

So then, are you inferring that your own friends or people you hang around with are not a clique?

Again, the original question posted in the thread merely asked if "you" (we) feel that Mingle has become a bit cliquish. I didn't infer anything outside of that answer.

I thought your profile was very descriptive, clear, and concise. Very nice :) As far as that last paragraph...have you considered rewording what you wanted to express there to give it a more positive delivery, if you didn't want to lose the paragraph altogether?

That maybe Mingle has become a lil to "cliquish?" lol if that's even a wordlaugh

I haven't been on here very long...but since I have been here, I have noticed Mingle to be very, very cliquish.

So in your entire 7 days, you've noticed how some of us know each other and act like it? It takes months to get to know people in these forums....

This thread was started by someone other than myself who was asking a question; I offered my input. I don't believe I (or anyone else) needs to have an account for longer than 7 days to make observations or be allowed to express them. Concerning myself, it takes much less than 7 days to recognize cliquish behavior.

Some of "us" infers that I included you; I named no one. Some of "us" also means you're volutarily including yourself as part of the party being discussed. If you don't feel that you're part of a clique, then I wasn't talking about you.

There are many people with the same questions, and I think there are many correct answers. Whatever the cause, it certainly has become an epidemic that so many people don't take marriage seriously enough.

Couldn't speak for anyone else, but I just finished a movie. Besides, 1:45 isn't all that late, is it?

Russell Crowe...many times over the past 7 or 8 years. But usually only when I've got a bit of facial hair.

I can see the resemblance.....:)

I thought it was nonsense for many years, but I guess I see it sometimes. And I can't get too bent outta shape, they could've said Gilbert Gottfried or Mick Jagger, right?

Ask me to knock off her husband.

Oh yeah I agree. And that is no joke. I watch enough of those live televised court cases to know that people find themselves mixed up in this kind of thing all the time.

Definitely not the kinda gal I'd like to have a date with.

It's been said a few different ways here, but I'm gonna add my 2 cents and agree. I don't think you can save someone with your love, nor can you be saved by someone's love. It can be very helpful, and come at a very helpful time, but a person has to want to save themself.

I doubt I will end up saying anything. I just tune her out. Besides I don't want to be mean to her.

Well, for a small fee, she might "drop out" and go on a "soul searching journey", never to be seen again. Lol. Seriously, though, good luck handling the situation.

Thanks. Hopefully everything will work out just fine

What do you think you'll do?
