I have contemplated this throughout early adulthood. And I came to this conclusion for me.

There is no action I would take back. 2kids I think stated something along these lines. 'Our struggles or obstacles in life define our character. That is not only spot on, how else does a person build character? Not by "winning" ever time, or always being right.

I do regret a statement I made to my ex best friend and wife.

We were at each others throat, "so to speak", she took a good shot at me below the belt. And out came the sentence I want to take back.
