become upset, angry, or frustrated? do anxieties of life tend to
overwhelm you? what will help? taking practical measures often
alleviates the intensity of our negative emotions. for example when we
feel anxious over matters that we have no control over, is it not better
to chance our routine or environment rather than occupy our mind with
worry? taking a leisurely walk, listennig to soothing music, engaging in
vigorous exercise, or doing a kind deed for someone in need may provide
some relief and brig us a measure of happiness.

somtimes is the wife fault but man to some mans are like animals but
others are good like me i treat woman like princess and respect and
love.

family heads. so what should a wife do, she should not belittle what her
husband does or try to take over the wife shuld have deed respect for
her husband the husband to his wife also in fulfilling her role, a wife
can do much in caring for the family. for example the bible shows that
married women are to love their husbands, to love their children, a
wife or mother who acts in this way will gain the lasting love and
respect of her family.
