I've noticed that on Hampton Ave.!!! I see the flash and nobody is doing anything wrong. I wonder if it's because the camera doesn't recognize that they're stopping before they make a right.

How can I sleep if you keep talking.. grin!

Brian, next time you feel that way, go off by yourself, concentrate on how you feel physically while your angry, or even while you might be feeling satisified that you got the last word.




But be honest with yourself. Ask yourself how




you really really feel as expressed by your body.

It's not really that your feeling better in your heart, it's often that you ego is temporarily hiding your hurt from the initial offense. If that makes sense.. I may not have explained it will because I am tired.

Holding a grudge can make you physically sick, I know that from my own experience in earlier times.
Nowadays I either sort things out, or I just put them aside to completely forget them.

Yes I know exactly what you mean, you can be assured of that. Been there, done that, twice. But at my age, I am so so so happy to not be at that stage anymore. I would not want to do it over believe me. I learned my lessons harder than I ever had to, but no one told me very young that I could learn them differently, so I had to find out by trial and error.

Now I am going to take this aging body of to bed to get some needed sleep. You keep up the fight my friend, you too will get past it as I did as long as you assume friendship first, never the other way around, it helps.
