People make me laugh when they say this is better no virus problem with this OS, well wake up people the only reason they have no problem is that no virus (almost none) are ever created to attack those system. All systems have holes and the only reasons those OS holes haven't been attacked is that no virus/malware/spyware creators looks at them. If I want to affect as many PC's as possible with my virus I won't attack Linux or Mac but Windows. I'm not saying Windows is more user friendly then the others OS just it has a big red cross on it's back compare to the others when it comes to creating trouble for everyday PC users. |

BARLEY WITH ME AND I'LL DO MY BEST TO EXPLAIN,SO YOU CAN UNDERSTAND ME.[not very good with words]. I HAD A VIRUS ON MY COMPUTER AND A FRIEND'S SON FIXED IT,BUT HE ALSO CHANGED ALOT OF STUFF AROUND. HE PUT ALOT OF MUSIC ON HERE,THAT I WANTED TO PUT ON CD'S. THE THING IS THAT WHEN I TRY TO BURN THEM TO THE CD,IT DOESN'T WORK. I MAKE-UP A PLAYLIST AND IT SAY THAT IT IS BURNING IT ONTO THE CD,BUT IT WON'T PLAY IN ANY OF MY CD PLAYERS. HE PUT NERO SMARTSTART PROGRAM ON MY COMPUTER RECENT AND TOLD ME TO USE TO BURN MEDIA TO DISK,TO RIP CD TO HARD DRIVE USE WINDOWS MEDIN PLAYER.ALSO TO USE CD-R FOR MUSIC AND DVD-R FOR MOVIES.I DON'T DO MOVIES. BUT EVEN WHEN MY SON HELPED ME WITH THIS,IT SAID THAT IT WAS BURNING MUSIC TO DISK. BUT THE COMPUTER SAID THERE WAS NOTHING ON THE DISK.I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND.DO YOU THINK YOU COULD EXPLAIN IT TO ME IN PLAIN WORDS,EVEN STEP BY STEP. I COULD DO IT BEFORE HE CHANGED IT. Hi, From what I can understand you are trying to burn a CD of music using Nero and even if the process seems to be working once finished you cannot play the CD on any support and even in your computer it says the CD is empty. Did you try to burn anything else apart from Music to a CD, if you get the same result (seem to burn ok but once finish the cd empty) then it's either your Nero program or CD/DVD burner that are not working. Do not know what version of Nero you have but is it a trial version and if yes as your trial finished. If the full version then it should work. Try to burn anything using the Operating system built in CD burning engine or any other program (other then NERO) and if none of them work and you end up with the same results (CD-R empty after burning data to it) then I guess your CD/DVD burner is finish. |

DST unless I am wrong was introduce to have more light in the morning for people going to work, it was thought that if it would be dark past 8 am in winter people morals would go down when going to work and it might increase depression.
Imagine getting to work and still dark and leaving work still dark. I know here in January February it is dark past 7 am and starts being dark at 4 pm. |

Hey coach wake up your only playing a stupid game with a ball, learn to think before you speak. Where will you be in 2, 4 or 10 years when their football career will be over, nowhere to be seen, while the fat little girlfriend might still be there. So in the grand scheme of things who is more important the girlfriend who might be there for their whole life or the coach who will be gone soon for sure and who cares more about winning a stupid game then about its players. he is the winningest coach in Texas Tech history and just signed a $12.7 million contract. he invented the spread offense and could get hired at any college he chooses he'll be around a long time after these college kids are gone Wonder how the spread offense can make a difference in the world apart from a football game that really amount to nothing but entertainment. Still just a game, not because people make it like a life and death affair that it will be important. Wow 12.7 millions for coaching a game and then you wonder why so many die of hunger I'm sure football coaches (players the same and of any sport game) will solve those problems. I love sports as an entertainment thing but I still find that it only shows how we as a society have our proprieties in the wrong place. Pay the policeman or the fireman who saves and risk their life everyday 12 million a year then I might think ok but a dam coach of a game with a ball wow we are so in tune with reality. |

Of course this is extremely hypothetical.... If the torture and horrible death of you, would create universal peace, would you be willing to walk away from your life, your partner, your children not knowing what was to happen to you....only that the end result would be a peaceful universe once you had taken your last breath? If I had been born a 100 years earlier I would have not lived past my 9th birthday, so I consider myself lucky to be still alive and if I look at it with the big picture I should not be here if science was not there so yes I would sacrifice myself since I'm already living extra years nature did not intend me to live. What is my life compare to the well being of the entire world. |

I'm sitting here holding a dog that has been sick for a week. I don't think he will make much longer(through the night) and the vet agrees. The owners are being selfish because they won't just let him go. I had to make the choice to let my Dad go. It wasn't easy, but it was the right thing to do. My question is, if you had to make the horrible choice of letting go of someone or something that you loved, would you? Or would you be selfish? What I decide is my own choice and I will not force my choice/belief on somebody else. I would not let the dog suffer but that is me and sadly that is not my dog.
