I must say, I had to chuckle at a couple of the post here. Every person has his or her own idea of what a good man/woman is. It can be difficult to get past the betrayal/s of a Significant Other. I am in that boat, and really wondering why I am on this site at all. Good luck.

I agree. If you allow someone to treat you bad, then they will continue to do so. If this person is not in "The right frame of mind", then they shouldn't be dating, or that is an excuse for something else. It may hurt, but move on.

I agree on the lying. Both men and women do it, unfortunately. Sometimes it's because they don't want a confrontation, sometimes they don't want to hurt your feelings with the truth. I guess that's the same reason that men just "Ghost Out" disapear. It stinks. Yes, you can find genuine women out there. Don't you think we women think the same of men?
