Well just don't abuse them. Keep in mind they are a mind altering
substance. Glad to see you are no longer feeling pain like you were but
I do suggest you find out why you had that pain in the first place. If
it was due to the cold you should not be feeling it after your bodys
temperature gets warm again. a few hours in a warm house should get your
core temperature to normal. As long as your not dealing with swelling as
well there.
